  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their operations and transactions.
  • Anti-Corruption: Suppliers shall not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical practices. Bribery or facilitation payments are strictly prohibited.
  • Fair Competition: Suppliers must uphold fair competition practices and avoid anticompetitive behavior or practices that could harm fair market competition.

2. Labor and Human Rights

  • Non-Discrimination: Suppliers shall provide equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, or other legally protected status.
  • Child and Forced Labor: Suppliers must not employ child labor, forced labor, or engage in any exploitative labor practices.
  • Freedom of Association: Workers shall have the right to join or form labor unions and to engage in collective bargaining as allowed by local laws and regulations.
  • Safe and Healthy Workplace: Suppliers shall provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees, adhering to all occupational health and safety laws.

3. Environmental Responsibility

  • Environmental Compliance: Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, and actively work towards minimizing their environmental impact.
  • Resource Efficiency: Suppliers are encouraged to minimize resource consumption, reduce waste, and promote the efficient use of resources.
  • Sustainable Practices: Suppliers are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices and consider environmental impacts in their operations and product development.

4. Community Engagement

  • Community Relations: Suppliers should engage with local communities in a responsible and respectful manner, addressing concerns and contributing positively to the communities in which they operate.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

  • Confidentiality: Suppliers must protect all confidential information shared with them during the course of our business relationship.
  • Data Security: Suppliers must implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or breaches.

6. Reporting Violations

Suppliers are encouraged to report any violations or concerns related to this Code of Professional Conduct to Power Transmission Systems INC Latin America.

7. Supply Chain Transparency
